摘　　要：通过归纳总结古代医籍中对于更年期体质与疾病关系的论述,发现更年期体质与疾病的发生、证候和症状的易感性、疾病的性质、病情的轻重程度、病程及预后关系密切,提示调理体质是更年期防病保健的关键。By summing up the relationship of climacteric constitution and disease in ancient literatures, this study finds that menopausal constitution and the occurrence of disease, syndrome and symptom, disease susceptibility, severity degree, course and prognosis are closely related. Therefore, adjusting consitution is the key to prevent the diseases in menopause.
