摘　　要：目的:发现并分析治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压方剂药性组合层面的配伍特征以指导应用。方法:根据已发表文献收集治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压的方剂,整理方剂中各药物对应的药性组合,应用关联规则方法进行数据挖掘。结果:得到反映配伍特征的支持度分别为84.62%、76.92%和69.23%的药性组合模式各3、10、11条。结论:数据挖掘得到的药性组合模式符合阴虚阳亢型高血压的治则,可以此为依据指导药物配伍应用。This paper was aimed to analyze the compatibility law of Anti-Yinxu-Yangkartg-hypertension tradi- tional Chinese medicine （TCM） prescription by discovering the nature combination patterns. The Anti-Yinxu- Yangkang-hypertension TCM prescriptions were collected from published papers. Then, data mining was conduct- ed on nature combinations of TCM prescriptions. Results showed that identified nature combination patterns with support degree of 84.62%, 76.92% and 69.23%. It was concluded that the nature combination patterns discov- ered by data mining are in accordance with therapeutic principles in clinics for Yinxu-Yangkang hypertension and can be used to express the compatibility law of TCM prescription.
