摘  要:隐形酸完井液能有效溶解油层的堵塞物,提高油层渗透率和油井产量,但对油套管具有较强的腐蚀性。本文使用失重法和动电位极化技术分别研究了温度、螯合剂浓度对隐形酸完井液腐蚀性的影响以及3种缓蚀剂对N80钢腐蚀的抑制作用。实验结果表明,随着温度和螯合剂浓度的升高,N80钢的腐蚀速率增大,并且点腐蚀变得更加严重。加入缓蚀剂可以有效控制腐蚀,在3种缓蚀剂(CA101-1、CA101-2和CA101-3)中,合成的聚酰胺类缓蚀剂CA101-2的缓蚀效果最好。当螯合剂HTA加量为0.2%、缓蚀剂CA101-2加量为1%时,N80钢腐蚀速率为0.056 mm/a。动电位极化曲线测试结果表明CA101-2是一种阴极型缓蚀剂,主要抑制了析氢反应。The implicit acid completion fluid (IACF) can effectively dissolve the blockages of oil reservoir and improve the permeability, therefore can increase the output of oil wells. However the easing and tubing pipes will be corroded seriously by the IACF. The effects of temperature, the concentration of chelating agent HTA on corrosivity of the IACF and the inhibition of three corrosion inhibitors on corrosion behavior of N80 steel in the IACF were studied by weight-loss method and potentiodynamic polarization. The results showed that the corrosion rate increased and pit corrosion tended to be more serious with increasing the temperature and the HTA concentration. Corrosion could be effectively inhibited by adding corrosion inhibitors in the IACF. Among the three corrosion inhibitors, CA101-2, a polyamide corrosion inhibitor, exhibited the best anti-corrosion performance. Corrosion rate of N80 could lower to be 0. 056mm/a by adding 1% CA101-2 in the IACF containing 0. 2% HTA. Potentiodynamie polarization measurement showed that CA101-2 mainly retarded the hydrogen evolution and belonged to a cathodic-type corrosion inhibitor.
