摘  要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料、乙二醛和戊二醛为交联剂合成了混合交联PVA油井水泥降失水剂。室内实验评价了添加混合交联PVA的水泥浆的综合性能。结果表明,加有混合交联PVA的水泥浆的API滤失量可以控制在50 mL以下,抗温可达125℃。混合交联PVA使水泥浆的稠化时间稍有延长,抗压强度不降低,抗析水能力增强;当混合交联PVA与分散剂DZS和缓凝剂DZH复合使用时,水泥浆的流变性能良好。The novel oil well cement fluid loss additive, chemically crosshnked polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) , was synthesized from PVA crosslinked by glyoxal and glutaraldehyde. The performances of the cement slurry with chemically crosslinked PYA were evaluated. The results showed that the API fluid loss of the cement slurry with chemically crosslinked PVA was controlled within 50 mL, while its temperature tolerance was up to 125℃. The thickening time of cement slurry was slightly extended, and its water precipitation resistance also was improved, yet its compressing strength decreased little. When adding the compound of the chemically crosslinked PVA with the dispersing agent DZS and the retarder DZH, the cement slurry achieved better rheological property.
