摘 要:针对靖安油田长6油藏在注水开发过程中,注入水在纵向上单层突进使中低渗透层达不到注水受效的问题,室内开发了新型酸化分流剂SZD-1,并进行了现场应用。分流剂SZD-1由80%有机酸酯、19%硬脂酸盐和1%十二烷基硫酸钠组成,平均粒径10.03μm,最大粒径44.0μm。分流剂SZD-1可缓慢溶于水,60℃在水中溶解24 h、15 d的溶解率分别为15.13%和99.65%。聚丙烯酰胺携带液的最佳加量为0.3%,分流剂最佳加量为10%,分流剂悬浮液黏度为32.5 mPa.s。考察了9∶1、6∶1和3∶1三组渗透率级差下分流剂SZD-1的分流效果。结果表明,随着渗透率级差的降低,低渗透率岩心堵塞率由7.5%增至22.1%,高渗透岩心堵塞率由100%降至95.3%。分流剂SZD-1各种性能均满足现场施工的要求,且对渗透率级差较大的吸水层具有较好的封堵效果,适用于注水井酸化前的分流作业。截止2011年4月,对靖安油田50口注水井进行了改善吸水剖面技术现场试验,有效率大于90%,累计增注量达23541 m3,对应油井累计增油量17520 t。During the water-fleeding development of Chang 6 reservoir in Jing'an oilileld, injected water broke through along a single layer in the vertical dimension. As a result, the water injection in the middle and lower permeable layers showed a lack of efficiency. In view of this problem, a new type of acidizing diverting agent SZD-1 was developed in laboratory and applied on site. Diverting agent SZD-1 consisted of 80% organic acid ester, 19% stearates and 1% SDS with 10. 03 μm average grain diameter and 44. 0 μm maximum grain diameter. Diverting agent SZD-1 could be soluble in water slowly and the water dissolution rate was of 15.13% and 99. 65% respectively after 24 h and 15 d at 60℃. The best dosage of PAM, which was the SZD-I's carrier fluid, was of 0.3%. The optimum dosage of SZD-1 was of 10%, and the viscosity of SZD-1 suspension was of 32.5 mPa's. In order to test the diverting effect, three groups of permeability were chosen at the range of 9:1, 6:1 and 3:1. The results showed that with the decline of permeability, the blocking ratio of low permeable core increased from 7. 5% to 22. 1%, and that of high permeable core decreased from 100% to 95.3%. SZD-1 could meet the requirement of site operation, and had good plugging efficiency for water-accepting layer with large permeability range which was suitable for the diversion work before acidizing of water injection wells. By the end of April 2011, improving technique of injection profile was applied in 50 water injection wells of Jing'an oilfield. The effective rate was higher than 90%. The total injection volume reached to 23541 m^3 and the output of corresponding oil wells augmented by 17520 t.
