摘 要:以水泥类油井非选择性堵水剂为主导的化学堵水技术存在强度低、封堵半径小、不耐酸碱、施工风险大等局限性。本文通过固化剂、增稠剂、充填材料的筛选,得到了性能优良的脲醛树脂改性堵剂,具体配方如下:脲醛树脂中间体+0.1%0.35%固化剂GH-1+0.1%1%增稠剂KYPQ+10%20%充填材料CT-1。该堵剂固化时间可控性强(12 1200 min),黏度调节灵活(30 10000 mPa.s),封堵强度高(>20 MPa)。在渗透率为7μm2的特高渗填砂管挤注堵剂驱替压力可达7 MPa以上,70℃养护6 8 h固结后突破压力达20 MPa以上,封堵率>99%。Considering the limitations of chemical water plugging technology using a cement nonselective water shutoff agents as main agents in low strength, small sealing radius, poor resistance to acid and alkali and high construction risk, The solidifying agent, thickening agent,compaction material were selected , as a result, a urea formaldehyde resin sealing agents with good properties was obtained, the formula was as follows: urea formaldehyde resin + 0. 1%-0.35% solidifying agent GH-1 + 0. 1%-1% thickening agent KYPQ + 10%-20% compaction material CT-1. The curing time of the sealing agents was controllable from 12 min to 1200 min, and the viscosity could be adjusted flexibly between from 30 mPa.s to 10000 mPa·s ,moreover, the sealing high strength was higher than 20 MPa. When injecting the system into the sand packs of permeability of 7μm^2, the displacement pressure could reach up to 7 MPa. After maintaining at 70for 6-8 hours, the breakthrough pressure of the consolidating body was more than 20 MPa, and the seal rate was greater than 99%.
