摘  要:为研究磺酸盐与非离子表面活性剂在降低油水界面张力方面的协同作用,选取了3种支链烷基苯磺酸盐与3种聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂,测量了表面活性剂及其复配体系与系列正构烷烃间的界面张力,考察了表面活性剂的亲水亲油性能、复配体积比及NaCl浓度对协同作用的影响。结果表明,磺酸盐与非离子表面活性剂复配体系的亲水亲油性能具有加和性,亲油性的磺酸盐8C18ΦS与亲水性的非离子表面活性剂复配可以获得亲水亲油性适中的复配体系,使界面张力降低,实现协同作用;而亲水性的磺酸盐3C10ΦS、7C14ΦS与亲水性的非离子表面活性剂的复配体系仍然是亲水性的,界面活性低。此外,复配体积比、NaCl加量也可有效影响复配体系的协同作用。其中,在复配比2∶1、NaCl加量1%时,8C18ΦS与LAP-9复配体系的界面张力最低值为4.0×10-4mN/m,而3C10ΦS、7C14ΦS与LAP-9复配体系的界面张力较高,分别位于0.4 1.0 mN/m与0.035 0.13mN/m之间。In order to study the synergism between sulfonate and nonionic surfactant for lowering interfacial tension at oil/water interface, three branched alkylbenzene sulfonates and three polyoxyethylenated nonionic surfactants were used. The interfacial tensions of individual surfactants and their mixtures against a series of alkane homologues were measured. And the effects of hydrophiliclipophilic ability of surfactant, mixing ratio, and salinity of aqueous phase on synergism were discussed. Experiment results showed that the hydrophilic-lipophilic ability of surfactant mixture contained alkylbenzene sulfonate and nonionic surfactant was additive. When the hydrophilic nonionic surfactant was added to the lipophilic sulfonate 8C18ФS, the hydrophilic-lipophilic ability of surfactant mixture was moderate, the interfacial tension reduced and synergism was achieved. However, when the hydrophilic nonionic surfactant was added to the hydrophilic sulfonate(3C10ФS or 7C14ФS), the surfactant mixture was still hydrophilic and the interfacial activity was low. Moreover, the mixing ratio of volume and the dosage of NaC1 could effectively influence the synergistic effect between sulfonate and nonionic surfactant. The lowest interfacial tension of 8C18ФS/LAP-9 was of 4.0 × 10^-4 mN/m with 2:1 mixing ratio and 1% NaCI, and that of 3C10ФS/LAP-9 and 7C14ФS/LAP-9 was between 0.4-1.0 mN/m and 0. 035-0. 13mN/m respectively.
