摘  要:在有水气藏的开采过程中往往存在地层流体的结垢问题,严重影响气井的正常生产。同油田结垢情况不同,气藏流体中各组分的相态变化对无机盐结垢的影响十分重要,特别是气组分在地层水中的溶解、析出及水自身的蒸发都严重影响着地层流体的结垢条件。本文在前人研究的基础上,进一步从热力学角度出发,提出了实际气藏流体中气-液(液烃)-液(电解质溶液)-固(无机盐垢)多相平衡的无机盐结垢预测模型;并针对存在化学反应的多相平衡体系直接求解复杂的问题,提出在物料守恒及组分物性统一的基础上分步循环计算体系中相态变化和化学平衡的简化计算方法,为有水气藏开采过程中气藏流体结垢规律的研究及预测提供了有效方法。During the exploitation of gas reservoir with water, there always existed scaling problems of reservoir fluid, which badly affected the normal production of gas well. Different from the scaling situation in oil field, phase behavior changes had important influence on the scaling of inorganic salt. Especially the dissolve and exhalation of gas components in reservoir water and the evaporation of water itself all seriously influenced the scaling condition of reservoir fluid. From thermodynamics, a new scaling prediction model considering the gas-liquid ( liquid hydrocarbon ) -liquid ( electrolyte solution ) -solid ( inorganic salts scale ) multiphase equilibrium of gas reservoir fluid was put forward. For the complexity of the direct solution for phase equilibrium system with chemical reaction, a simplified computing method by respectively computing phase change and chemical equilibrium step-by-step was introduced, which gave the effective method for researching and predicting the scaling rules of gas reservoir fluid during the exploitation.
