新兵心理资本在应激与适应不良中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨新兵心理资本在心理应激与适应不良之间的作用。方法采用军人心理应激自评问卷（PSET）、心理资本问卷（PCQ）和军人适应不良自评量表（MMMS）等自评量表对405名新兵进行问卷调查。结果心理应激与新兵适应不良各因子均显著正相关（r=0．164～0．438，P〈0．01），新兵心理资本与适应不良各因子均有显著负相关（r=-0．312--0．463，P〈0．01）；分层回归分析表明，心理资本、自信、希望、坚韧性和乐观对适应不良的4个因子有显著的正向预测作用，解释率分别达到27．2％、20．1％、25．8％和15．9％；心理资本（βl=-0．406，P〈0．01；IB2=-0．351，P〈0．01）与心理应激（β1=0．304，P〈0．0l；β2=0．267，P〈0．01）对新兵行为问题和人际关系适应不良影响主效应显著，且心理资本与心理应激共同预测新兵的行为问题（p=-0．098，P〈0．05）和人际关系适应不良（β=-0．087，P〈0．05）交互作用显著。结论新兵心理资本在心理应激与适应不良的关系间起调节作用，心理资本分数的高低能够预测新兵心理的变化。Objective To explore the role of psychological capital in psychological stress and mental maladjustment in recruits. Methods 405 recruits were sampled and investigated using the psychological stress selfevaluation test（ PSET）, the psychological capital questionnaires（PCQ）, and military mental maladjustment scale （MMMS）. Results Psychological stress had significant positive correlation with each factor of mental maladjustment（ r = 0. 164 -0. 438, P 〈 0. 01 ） , and psychological capital had significant negative correlation with each fac- tor of mental maladjustment （ r= -0.312 - -0. 463, P〈0. 001 ）. The hierarchical regression analysis indicated that psychological capital, confidence, hoping, resiliency and optimism had the positive prediction of all the four factors of mental maladjustment, the variance contribution rates were 27.2% ,20.1% ,25.8% and 15.9%, respectively; the main effect of psychological capital（ β i = -0. 406, P〈0.01 ; β 2 = -0. 351, P〈0.01 ） and psychological stress （ β 1 = 0. 304, P 〈 0.01 ;β2 = 0. 267, P 〈 0.01 ） on recruits＂ behavioral problem and interpersonal relationship maladjustment was significant, the interaction effect of psychological capital and psychological stress on recruits＂ behavioral problem （ β = - 0. 098, P 〈 0.05 ） and interpersonal relationship maladjustment （ β = - 0.087, P 〈 0.05 ） was significant. Conclusion Psychological capital is a moderator in interaction between mental maladjustment and osycholoieal stress. The PCQscore may predict the variation of recruits＇mental status.
