摘　　要：矿产地战略储备规模的确定是矿产地战略储备研究的重要内容。在确定储备思路及原则的基础上,对储备规模确定模型进行了具体分类。从优势与短缺资源出发,结合矿产资源管理理论与市场经济理论,分别提出优势资源保护储备模型和短缺资源储备模型,其中:优势资源保护储备模型包括基本保护储备和增量储备模型,基本保护储备是基础,重点考虑长期战略意图,增量储备重点保护中期利益,分低度、中度和高度3个层次;短缺资源储备模型包括预警储备模型、经济品位储备模型和综合回收率储备模型,其中预警储备分红色预警储备、橙色预警储备和黄色预警储备。To determine the strategic reservation scale of ore sources is an important part in studying its strategic reservation. This paper, based on views and principals, classifies the determination model, and presents predominant resources protection model and scarce resources reservation model, combined with ore resources management theory and market economic theory. The predominant resources protection model includes basic protection reservation and increment reservation, of which the former is a basis, focusing on long-term strategy, and the latter to protect a medium-term benefit on low, middle and high levels. The scarce resources reservation model includes warning reservation model, economic grade reservation model and comprehensive recovery reservation model, of which the warning reservation is classified into red, orange and yellow.
