心绞痛动物模型研制进展与中药药效学评价思考

摘　　要：心绞痛是一种危害人类健康的常见病和多发病。近30年来人们成功地运用药物触发、手术损伤等方法建立了基于西医病理的多种心绞痛动物模型。为适应中医药的特点,有研究者建立了几种病证结合的心绞痛模型。但是,现有的病证结合模型还不能满足心绞痛中医证型多样化的需求,继而影响了相应中药处方的合理评价。为了更好地研究心绞痛的本质和提供更好的中药评价工具,应在中医理论指导下,以中医临床心绞痛的表现为依据,结合现代病因、病机研究,研制更符合临床实际和中医理论的心绞痛病证结合动物模型。Angina pectoris is a kind of familiar disease which occurs frequently. Based on pathological model in western medicine, many kinds of animal models with angina pectoris were established with drug and operation successively in recent 30 years. In order to fit the characteristics of TCM, some kinds of models of integration of disease and syndrome were established by some researchers. But, these models of angina pectoris can not adapt to the diversification of TCM syndrome, and affect the reasonable appraisement of the corresponding prescription of TCM. An animal model with angina pectoris that is more suitable to clinical practice and TCM theory should be made based on the clinical manifestation of angina pectoris and combined with modern research of pathology and etiology. The animal model should be established under the guidance of TCM theory so as to research the essence of angina pectoris and provide a better tool for the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions.
