清热导滞推拿法治疗小儿积滞乳食内积证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热导滞推拿法治疗小儿积滞乳食内积证的有效性。方法:选取80例小儿积滞乳食内积证患儿分成推拿治疗组和口服王氏保赤丸对照组,两组各40例,2疗程后统计患儿食欲食量、腹胀及伴随症状改善情况。结果:两组食欲食量、腹胀及精神状况有不同程度的改善,治疗组痊愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,经统计学处理,两者差异有统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:清热导滞推拿法治疗小儿积滞乳食内积证临床疗效显著,且年龄越小效果越好。Objective： To observe the massage therapy of clearing heat stagnation for treatment of infantile accumulation stagnation of milk and food. Method： 80 cases of infantile accumulation stagnation of milk and food were divided into massage therapy group and oral Wangshi Baochi Pill control group, 40 patients of two groups. After 2 courses, children appetite, abdominal distension and the improvement of the symptoms were analyzed. Results ： Appetite, abdominal distension and mental condition of the two groups have improved in different degrees, and the cure rate of treatment group was better than that in control group, statistically, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion ： Heat-clearing and stagnation-clearing massage therapy on children stagnation of milk and food has a significant clinical effect, the younger, the better.
