壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛及随访观察  

Observation on Therapeutic and Follow-up Effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Traditional Zhuang Nationality Medicine on Postherpetic Neuralgia

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效果及随访资料分析。方法:将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为药线组30例,西药组30例,药线组予壮医药线点灸治疗,西药组予口服芬必得、甲氰咪呱片。结果:药线组显效率及总有效率明显优于西药组(P<0.01),同时在VAS评分、SQS评分改善也明显优于西药组(P<0.01),经过6个月的随访,药线组疗效基本稳定,西药组有2例病情反复。药线组无不良反应,西药组有7例出现不适。结论:壮医药线点灸是治疗带状疱疹后神经痛安全、稳定、有效的疗法,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： Observation on therapeutic and follow-up effect of medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine on postherpetic neuralgia was made. Method ： Sixty cases with PHN were randomly divided into group A, group B,30 cases in each group. The group A was treated with medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine, the group B was treated with Fenbid, cimetidine tablets orally, tlesults ： The group A was significantly better than the group B in rate and total effective rate （ P〈0.01 ）. The group A was significantly better than the group B in VAS scores and SQS scores （ P〈0.01 ）. After 6 months of follow-up, the group A of therapeutic effect was stable, two cases of the group B was relapse. There were no adverse reactions of the group A, there were seven adverse reactions of the group B. Conclusion ： Medicated thread moxibustiorl of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine is the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, which is safe, stable, effective and worthy of clinical application.
