摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查宫内节育器位置的超声显像。方法:2008年1月—2009年1月,本院对300例宫内放置节育器的超声显像进行回顾分析其声像图特征。结果:超声检查发现节育器位置正常270例,占90%,28例部分在宫颈管内,占9.33%,扭曲变形1例,占0.33%,嵌入肌层1例,占0.33%。结论:彩超检查不仅可以精确地对节育器进行定位,而且能够为临床医师提高取器的安全性和成功率。Objective ： Explore ultrasonic examination of ultrasonoseopy of the location of IUD. Method ： From January, 2008 to January 2009, our hospital reviewed the ultrasonoseopy features of 300 cases of IUD. Results ： By means of ultrasonic examination, it is revealed that 270 eases are normal, accounting for 90%, 28 cases are in endoeervial canal, accounting for 9.33%, one ease is distorted, accounting 0.33%, one ease is inserted in muscle, accounting for 0.33%. Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound can not only exactly locate IUD, but improve clinical doctors＇ security and success rate in exteriorizing IUD.
