高效液相色谱法测定急支糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定急支糖浆盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH=3)-甲醇(80:20),流速为1mL/min,检测波长210nm;柱温室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度的线性范围为25～75μg/mL,r=0.9993,平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=0.92%。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于测定盐酸麻黄碱含量,进行控制药品质量。Objective ： The purpose is to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride in Jizhi syrup using high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ）. Method ： Kromasil Cls column （ 150mm × 4.6mm, 5 μ m ） is used with 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ adjusted with orthophosphoric acid, pH=3 ） -methanol （ 80 ： 20 ）; flow rate ： lmL/min ; detection wavelength ： 210nm ; column temperature ： ambient temperature. Result ： Linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride is 25-75 μg/mL, r=0.9993, mean recovery is 97.53%, RSD=0.92%. Conclusion： The simple, rapid and high sensitive HPLC method can be used to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and to control the quality.
