摘 要:有机物生物降解性研究是生物处理技术的一个重要方面。在ISO11734方法的基础上建立以产气量和COD值变化来测试有机物厌氧生物降解性。反应液体积 6 0 0mL ,受试物浓度 10 0mg/LTOC ,接种污泥浓度 5gVSS/L ,反应温度 35℃ ,反应时间 30d。通过对累积净产气曲线和净COD值曲线的分析 ,建立综合评价模型ABI(厌氧生物降解指数 ) ,对研究的 45种有机物厌氧生物降解性进行定性、定量评价 ,并进行分类 :当ABI≥ 3,易厌氧降解 ;3>ABI≥ 1,可厌氧降解 ;ABI <1。Biodegradability of organic compounds is an important aspect in the technique of biological treatment. A method to assess the anaerobic biodegradability of organic compounds from gas product and COD value has been established and presented in this paper, this method was developed on the base of ISO-11734 recommended routine. The test conditions are as follows: total volume of solution 600mL with TOC concentration 100mg/L, inoculum sludge concentration 5g VSS/L, test temperature 35℃, and periodic time 30 days. An aggregate anaerobic biodegradability index (ABI) was established by analysing the curve of accumulated gas products and the curve of net COD value, and employed for assessing the anaerobic biodegradability of 45 kinds of test compounds. When ABI>3, this compound will be considered easily biodegradable. When 1<ABI≤3 this compound will be considered partially biodegradable, and when ABI≤1, this compound will be considered poorly biodegradable.
