摘　　要：在企业技术创新系统中,伴随着物质流、资金流、信息流等知识的流动,知识在企业技术创新各环节的流动过程中处于不断的进化之中。本文以对企业技术创新过程中知识的流动分析为切入点,借鉴生物进化理论分析了企业技术创新过程中知识进化的要素,在此基础上研究了技术创新过程中知识进化机理和进化维度。In the system of technical innovation of enterprises, what accompanies material flow, capital flow and information flow is knowledge flow. Knowledge is in the state of constant evolution in the flow pro- cess of all the links of technical innovation of enterprises. The paper, starting with the analysis of knowl- edge flow and using biological evolution theories for reference, makes an analysis of the chief elements of knowledge evolution and on the basis of it studies the evolution mechanism as well as evolution dimen- sions of knowledge in the process of technical innovation of enterprises.
