羊曲水电站水轮机模型验收试验浅析

摘　　要：介绍了羊曲水电站水轮机转轮模型验收试验的主要项目及试验结果。内容包括:水轮机出力及效率、空化、压力脉动(补气和不补气条件下)的验收试验;飞逸转速、轴向水推力、活动导叶水力矩(同步和异步情况)、蜗壳压差等试验以及模型尺寸检查。验收试验结果表明模型水轮机各项试验参数的重复性较好,各项水力性能指标基本满足要求。另外在文中还剖析了机组模型试验部分参数取值的原因,希望能够增强技术人员对模型试验的了解。Main items and test results of acceptance tests on turbine model of Yangqu Hydropower Station are introduced. The acceptance tests include turbine output and efficiency, cavitation, pressure pulsation （under condition of aeration and no aeration）. Tests also in- clude runaway speed, axial hydraulic thrust, hydraulic moment of moveable wicket gate （synchronization and asynchronization）, pressure difference of spiral case, etc as well as model size is inspected. Results of the acceptance tests show that parameters of model turbine are with good repeat performance, hydraulic performance indexes satisfy requirements. Furthermore, reasons for partial parameter selection of the model tests are explained so that it can help professionals strengthening learning to model test.
