摘　　要：本文主要对TD-SCDMA网络利用率与网络容量配置的关系进行了初步研究和探讨,结合TD-SCDMA现网运行数据,依据网络利用率,在利用率、业务量一定的情况下,提出一种基于BRU码资源需求的容量配置算法,以避免网络容量配置过高或者过低,供规划设计人员参考和借鉴。In this paper, the relationship of the TD-SCDMA network utilization rate and network capacity configuration parameters is presented and investigated. Using the existing network operating data, a capacity allocation algorithm based on the BRU code resource requirements is proposed under the utilization rate and traffic. It aims to avoid too high or too low network capacity configuration parameters, and to offer some reference for the planning and design staff.
