摘　　要：基于满足大型壁纸印刷机的高精度、高稳定性和高可靠性等工艺要求的目的,从分析张力控制形式及壁纸生产线出发,采用变频张力控制技术,通过软件实现,最终达到对壁纸印刷机整个生产过程中张力稳定的控制。简要概述了壁纸印刷机的张力控制机理、硬件组成、软件实现。Based on meet the technological requirements objective of the large printing machine with high precision, high stability and high reliability requirements, From the analysis of tension control and wallpaper production line starting, Using frequency conversion tension control technology, Through the software to implementation, Eventually to achieve the Wallpaper printing machines under stable tension throughout the production process control.
