港商在内地投资的空间分布特征与区位布局策略

摘　　要：本文借鉴外商投资理论中的区位分析,运用Moran's I指数对内地港资区位分布进行空间相关性分析,构建简单回归、空间滞后、空间误差三个模型,通过比对,探索港商在内地投资区位分布的空间异质性。研究结果发现:在考虑空间和时间效应的基础上,港商更应从投资因素的组合、调整投资策略及与投资区域要素匹配等方面加强考虑,而地区要从改善就业条件、提高教育水平、加强法制建设、提升区域产业链完整性着手吸引港资。By using Moran＇s I index and comparing these three different models induding simple regression, spatial lay and spatial error, on the base of the related theory of regional FDI, this paper explores the spatial heterogeneity of the district distribution that the investment from HongKong businessmen. The research founds that ： Considering a combination of these empirical results, businessmen coming from Hongkong should pay more attention to investment strategy and matching the regional elements, while the local government should improve the conditions of employment, and improve the level of education, strengthen the legal system, and enhance regional industry chain integrity, because these factors can attract Hongkong FDI.
