摘 要:【目的】研究外源GA对紫荆花粉萌发的影响,为紫荆的杂交育种和盐碱地的引种栽培提供一定的理论依据。【方法】以紫荆(Cercis chinensis Bunge)为材料,采用花粉人工培养法,研究外源GA,对不同浓度NaCl胁迫下紫荆花粉萌发特性的影响。【结果】随着培养基中NaCl浓度的增大,其对紫荆花粉萌发和花粉管生长伸长的抑制作用不断增强,20和5mmol/L以上NaCl即可分别显著抑制紫荆花粉萌发率和花粉管伸长。添加100mg/L外源GA,可促进盐胁迫下紫荆花粉提早萌发,提高盐胁迫下紫荆花粉的萌发率(14.89%~32.04%)和花粉管长度(0.15~0.36mm),显著增强花粉细胞的SOD活性,降低相对电导率。【结论】较低浓度的NaCl即可对紫荆的生殖过程产生不利影响,添加外源GA3不但可提高盐胁迫下紫荆花粉萌发率和花粉管的长度,而且可促进盐胁迫下紫荆花粉的提早萌发,缓解NaCl胁迫对花粉的影响。[Objective ]The present studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of exogenous GA3 on pollen germination of bauhinia (Cereis ehinensis Bunge. ) to provide references for bauhinia cross breeding and cultivation of the introduced varieties in saline-alkali soil. [ Method ]Pollen artificial culture was used to study the effects of exogenous GA3 on pollen germination characteristics of bauhinia ( Cercis ehinensis Bunge. ) under different NaC1 concentrations. [Result]The results showed that along with NaC1 concentration increasing, its inhibitary effect on pollen germination and pollen tube elongation became stronger. When NaC1 concentration was above 20 mmol/L, bauhinia pollen germination was significantly inhibited and when NaC1 concentration was above 5 mmol/L, pollen tube elongation was significantly inhibited. By adding 100 mg/L of exogenous GA3 to pollen germination culture, it could promote pollen germina- tion, increase pollen germination rate (14.89-32.04%)and pollen tube length (0.15-0.36 mm), enhance SOD activity, and decrease relative electric conductivity. [ Conclusion ] NaC1, even at low concentration, could bring adverse effect on bauhinia reproduction; however, by adding exogenous GAa could not only improve pollen germination rate and the pollen tube length of bauhinia under NaC1 stress, but also make pollen germinate earlier, therefore abate the negative influence of NaC1.
