摘 要:【目的】对广西南宁市邕江(石埠段)网箱养殖患竖鳞病的罗非鱼进行病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验,为有效防控罗非鱼竖鳞病提供参考依据。【方法】用常规方法从患病濒死罗非鱼的腹水、肝脏、心脏及脑等组织中分离病原菌,然后通过人工感染试验、氧化酶试验及API20NE生化鉴定系统进行鉴定,并采用K-B药敏纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。【结果】从患竖鳞病的罗非鱼中分离出4株病原菌NNSB1、NNSB2、NNSB3和NNSB4,其中NNSB1和NNSB4为温和气单胞菌,NNSB2和NNSB3为嗜水气单胞菌。4株病原菌对复达欣、菌必治、氟哌酸、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、先锋必、特治星、氟苯尼考、盐酸沙拉沙星和复方磺胺嘧啶等20种药物高度敏感,对青霉素G和氨苄青霉素不敏感。【结论】广西南宁市邕江(石埠段)网箱养殖罗非鱼的竖鳞病是由嗜水气单胞菌与温和气单胞菌共同感染引起,可选用复达欣、菌必治、氟哌酸、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、先锋必、特治星、氟苯尼考、盐酸沙拉沙星和复方磺胺嘧啶等20种药物进行防治,若同时在网箱内吊挂三氯异氰脲酸片,其效果更佳。[Objective]Isolation and identification of lepidorthosis pathogenic bacteria in tilapia, collected from Yongjiang River (Shibu section)of Nanning, and its drug sensitivity were tested to provide references for effectively controlling tilapia lepidorthosis. [Method]Pathogen, separated from ascites, liver, heart, brain, and other organs of dying tilapia with lepidorthosis using conventional method, was identified through artifical infection test, oxidase test, and API 2ONE biochemical identification system, drug sensitivity test was also conducted using K-B drug sensitive paper. [Result] Four bacteria strains (NNSB1, NNSB2, NNSB3, NNSB4) were isolated from tilapia with lepidorthosis. NNSB1 and NNSB4 were Aeromonas hydrophila, and NNSB2 and NNSB3 were Aeromonas sobda. The four bacteria strains were highly sensitive to 20 medicines, including ceftazidine, roeephin, norfloxacin, enrofloxaein, ciprofloxacin, cefobid, tazocin, florfenicol, sarafloxacin hydrochloride, and sulfadiazine, hut they were not sensitive to penicillin G and ampicilli. [Conclusion]Lepidorthosis from cage-culture tilapia was caused by Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas sobr/a co-infection, and it could be treated by 20 medicaments (ceftazidine, rocephin, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, eefobid, tazocin, florfenicol, sarafloxacin hydroehloride, sulfadiazine, ete). At the same time, hanging trichloroisoeyanuric acid pills in net-cage would be more effective than using medication alone.
