摘　　要：【目的】探讨1995年以来广东省农业人力资本状况对农业全要素生产率（TFP）的影响，以期在广东省资源、环境约束下寻找挖潜增效的途径，实现农业高效、健康、可持续发展，为广东省社会经济发展提供一定的科技支撑。【方法】应用内生经济增长理论，通过人力资本对广东省农业全要素生产率的多年相关（1995—2010年）效应影响进行研究。【结果】农业研究与开发人力资本变量地对农业全要素生产率、技术效率变化、技术进步都产生了正向的推动作用，然而农村劳动力的人力资本存量妇。却对这3个方面产生一定阻碍作用。【建议】应从农业科技推广、农村教育、农业科研人员结构、农业科技成果转化等方面的制度创新来不断减少或消除影响广东现代发展的各种制度性障碍，同时要加强高学历、精通技术、懂经营管理的高技能人才的培养与引进，促进人力及科技资源的科学优化配置，由农业前沿技术进步与技术效率共同促进农业删韵健康、快速、可持续增长。[Objective]Influence of human capital on agricultural TFP was studied since 1995 to search for potential methods to improve efficiency under the circumstances of limited sources and restrained environment in Guangdong Province to achieve high efficiency, improved health, and sustainable development in agriculture and to provide technical support for social and economic development in Guangdong. [Method]Based on endogenous economic growth theory, effect of human capital on agricultural TFP （1995-2010） in Guangdong Province was studied. [Result]The results showed that agricultural human capital variable HA showed positive correlation in promoting action to agricultural TFP, agricultural technical efficiency change, and technological progress, whereas human capital stock of rural labor Hw had the opposite effect. [Conclusion]It was recommended that institutional obstacles influenced modern development in Guangdong should be reduced or eliminatedby promoting innovation of agricultural technology, rural education, agricultural R＆D personnel structure, and agricultural sci-tech achievements transformation; meanwhile, well-educated and highly-skilled talents with technical and management expertise should be cultured and introduced, and configuration of labor and technical resources should be optimized so that agricultural TFP could achieve healthy, fast, and sustainable development promoted by frontier agricultural technology progress and technical efficiency.
