摘　　要：在新的医疗卫生体制改革的背景下,为了更好地促进医学目的实现,当代医德建设应是多方位、立体的。本文从改变医学唯科技化、失人性化的角度出发,提出在医德的社会管理、医院监管、医德的民众环境方面营造医德建设的社会大环境,使维护医德建设成全民性的认知行为,从而提高医德建设的社会作用。Based on the new medical and health system reform, in order to promote the medical purpose＇s realization, the medical ethics construction should be all-round. From exchange medicial only techolgy, loss of human nature, this article puts forward the medical ethics＇s social super risison, superrision of hospifal and publice enrironmental to build medical ethics construction become unirersal cognitire beharior, so as to improre medical ethics constructiono of social function.
