摘  要:随着我国高等医学教育的迅速发展,其规模效率的弊端也日益突显,这主要表现在师资队伍的建设滞后、临床教学资源缺乏、临床一线教师抗风险能力较弱等方面。为此,基于循证医学的教育理念,对现有临床教学方法进行探讨,这不仅有利于医学生自主学习能力的培养,而且也有利于他们在今后的执业生涯中能自主收集、分析和使用临床证据,更好的为患者服务。With the rapid development of China's higher medical education, the drawbacks of the scale efficiency also highlight,These were reflected in the lagging behind of the faculty construction, the lack of clinical teaching resources, weak anti-risk ability of clinical frontline teachers. To this end, we explore the existing clinical teaching methods based on the educational philosophy of evidence-based medicine, which is not only conducive to the self-learning ability of medical students, but also conducive to autonomously collect, analyze and use clinical evidence in their future professional career, services for patients better.
