模糊灰色关联的县域农业主导产业评价定量模型及应用

摘　　要：为正确合理地选择县域农业主导产业,促进县域农业资源优化配置及农业产业化发展,加快资源优势向经济优势转变的进程,通过对农业主导产业的定义及特征分析,总结了中国县域农业主导产业的4个特征,即:区域性、动态性、导向性和领先性,得到了县域农业主导产业的评价原则及评价指标。在对县域农业产业合理的假设下,结合县域农业主导产业相关指标统计数据分析,推导了基于模糊综合评价及加权灰色关联评价的模糊灰色关联农业主导产业评价定量模型。并对章丘市、商河县的农业主导产业进行了实证研究,得到了章丘市、商河县的一般产业、优势产业及主导产业。研究结果证实了该模型的有效性,同时为县域农业规划主导产业选择提供了科学依据。In order to properly determine the county agricultural leading industries, promote the optimal allocation of resources and county agricultural industrialization, and speed up the process of transforming resource advantages into eco-nomic advantages, the four characteristics （regional, dynamic, oriented and leading） , and the evaluation principles and indexes of county agricultural leading industries were sumarrized. Through reasonable assumption and statistical analysis of data, the quantitative evaluation model of county agricultural leading industry based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and weighting grey relation evaluation was derived. Its empirical researches were conducted in Zhangqiu city and Shanghe coun-ty, and the general industries, competitive ones and leading ones were deduced. The results confirmed the validity of the model, so it might provide a scientific basis for determining the county agricultural leading industries.
