摘 要:将假单胞菌DA10(CGMCCNo.3851)应用于亚麻粗纱煮练中,并研究了初始pH值、煮练温度和煮练时间对亚麻纤维线密度和束纤维断裂强度的影响.通过试验得出细菌煮练时,煮练温度对纤维线密度和断裂强度的影响较大,时间的影响相对较小;初始pH值可控制在弱碱环境(即pH值为8~10).为了取得更好的煮练效果,在细菌煮练前引入预处理对粗纱进行联合煮练.联合煮练的纤维失重率要明显低于传统碱煮,但其煮练后纤维的线密度和断裂强度却与传统碱煮相近.此外,采用了扫描电镜(SEM)对纤维上胶质的去除情况进行了分析.Pseudomonas sp DA10 (CGMCC No.3851) and their enzymes were used to scour of flax roves, and the effects of initial pH value, scouring temperature and treatment time on the linear density and breaking strength of treated flax fibers were researched. The experimental results showed that the linear density and breaking strength of treated flax fibers were greatly influenced by scouring temperature, but relatively slightly for treatment time. Besides, initial pH value should be controlled in the mild alkali environment (pH 8~10). For better scouring, some pretreatments were incorporated into the bacteria scouring. Compared with conventional alkali boiling, percentage of weight loss of fibers caused by the combined scouring was significantly lower while the combined scouring effect was similar to that of conventional scouring. In addition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to evaluate the removal of gummy materials on the fiber bundles.
