摘　　要：农村法制建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,加强农村法制建设能够为农民增收、农业增长、农村稳定的实现保驾护航。通过调查走访总结出唐山市农村法制建设中存在的突出问题并进行分析梳理,从而有针对性地提出推进唐山市新农村法制建设的具体建议。The construction of rural legal system is the important content of the construction of socialist new countryside. Strengthening the construction of rural legal system can play a protec- ting role for the realizations of farmers ＇ income growth, agricultural growth and rural stability. Based on the survey of Tangshan City,the problems of the construction of rural legal system are analyzed. And therefore, suggestions for the construction of the new countryside legal system in Tangshan City are put forward.
