摘 要:准确计算异步电机定子的振动模态和固有频率是降低电机噪声和振动的基础。基于异步电机简化的物理模型,利用三维有限元软件,全面研究了异步电机定子的固有频率和振动模态。根据等效替换原理,利用多个离散的耦合单元体等效替换铁芯的有限元模型,有效的提高了定子的计算结果的准确度。在综合考虑散热筋、加强筋、底脚和铁芯叠片结构对定子固有频率计算结果准确度的影响后,使得该有限元模型的计算结果达到了很高的准确度。计算结果与实验结果进行了比较验证。Calculation of vibration modes and natural frequencies for stator of an induction motor is the base of reducing its acoustic noise and vibration. A detailed study on stator modal shapes and natural frequencies of an induction motor by using 3D finite element technique was presented here based on its simplified model. According to the equivalent substitution principle, using some discrete coupled elements to equivalenty replace the finite element model of core, the accuracy of the results was improved effectively. The influences of laminated core, heat-radiating ribs, enhanced ribs and feet on modal shapes and natural frequencies were investigated systematically, the calculation results reached a higher accuracy. Predictions were validated with experimental results.
