摘 要:为了研究瓷砖微观轨迹对振动的影响,对粗、中、精抛瓷砖进行了SEM实验,同时对抛光机磨头进行了振动实验。通过SEM实验得出瓷砖两端为平行轨迹,中间为交叉轨迹。通过振动实验得出:粗抛阶段,平行轨迹处振动大,交叉轨迹处振动小;中、精抛阶段,平行和交叉轨迹对振动影响很小,磨头运行平稳。In order to investigate effect of polishing track of ceramic tile on vibration of a grinding head, SEM tests of rough, semi finished and finished polishing ceramics tiles were done. At the same time, a vibration test of a grinding head was also done. The SEM tests showed that the polishing tracks of a ceramic tile are parallel at its two ends and intercrossing at its middle area. The vibration test of the grinding head showed that the vibration is great at the parallel tracks and small at the intererossing tracks during the rough polishing period; during the semi finished and the finished polishing periods, both the parallel tracks and the intercrossing ones have a very small influence on the vibration of the grinding head, the grinding head runs evenly and stably.
