摘  要:冰箱风扇的振动噪声是反映其质量的重要参数之一。为在生产线上实现对冰箱风扇振动质量的快速检测,开发了一套用于冰箱风扇振动测量及分析判定的在线检测系统,实现了零件装配及安装、振动信号采集及分析处理、数据储存及显示、合格性判定、结果输出等在线检测功能。实际应用表明:该系统运行稳定,能够高效可靠地完成对风扇振动质量的检测判断并给出合格性的判定结果,且生产效率和风扇质量均得到了显著提高。Vibration and noise are the important parameters to reflect the quality of refrigerator fans. In order to detect the vibration quality of fans rapidly on a refrigerator production line, an online detection system for vibration measurement and analysis was developed. Several online detection functions, such as, components assembly and installation, vibration signal acquisition, data analysis and processing, data storage and display, eligibility determination, results output and so on were realized with the system. Practical applications showed that the system achieves a good performance, it can efficiently and reliably detect the vibration quality of fans and give results of determining eligibility, both the production efficiency and quality of fans are improved significantly.
