摘　　要：介绍RSB-D401型单眼高速并条机技术特征,阐述其产品适应性、新型牵伸装置、高效吸风系统、自调匀整装置、棉条质量监控系统等先进功能及传动特点,重点解析该机车速、定量、牵伸、隔距、加压、凹凸罗拉宽度等主要工艺参数的优选。说明了该并条机具有高速、高效特性,可适应多品种,配备的在线自调匀整、质量监控系统,可以自动生头,吸尘落筒,实现条筒运输自动化及大卷装,可大大减少人工,提高质量。Introduction is made to the tech-feature of the hi-speed single eyed drawing frame RSB-D401. Description is made to the advantage of the product including the new drafting device, efficiency suction sys- tem, self-regulating device, monitoring system of the cotton sliver. Highlight is given to the optimization of the process data including speed, ration, draft, gauge, pressurizing, rollers of protruding and concave structure. It proves that the drawing frame is of hi-speed, hi-efficiency, thus applicable for varieties of products. The attached self-regulating device and the quality control system can automatically thread up, wind with dust-remove. Automation is gained with big package, consequently reducing labor cost and increasing quality of product.
