摘　　要：通过对新疆溢达纺织有限公司主要纺纱试验仪器的阐述,说明充分利用先进的纺纱试验仪器AFIS单纤维测试仪在前纺关键工序质量控制、设备保全保养、优化工艺、原料选用、原料混配、控制落物等方面应用的优越性;大量具体生产实践和测试数据控制图、数据分析证明:纺纱厂充分借助纺纱试验仪器AFIS单纤维测试仪进行纺纱半制品和落物测试控制,为技术人员调整和优化纺纱工艺、设备维护维修提供依据,达到稳定纱线质量、节约纺纱成本和提高工作效率的目的。Through the expatiation on the instruments in Xinjiang Yida Textile Corporation,introduction is done to the advantages of the advanced AFIS single yarn tester applicated in quality control in the key process of the preparation area, in equipment maintenance, process optimization, selection of material and material mixing as well as noil control. The mass production and production data prove that full use of the advanced AFIS single yarn tester for the control of the semi-product and the noil can lay solid foundationfor the process optimization and equipment maintenance,consequently stablizing the yarn qualitic and eco- nomic of the production cost and increasing production efficiency.
