大学生初次就业稳定性与职业生涯规划的关系研究

摘　　要：选取嘉兴有代表性的高职院校为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈的形式,从职业生涯规划的视角对大学生的初次就业稳定性进行调查研究。分析发现当前大学生的初次就业稳定性总体偏低。其中,有近期职业生涯规划的大学生的初次就业稳定性最高,消极职业生涯规划大学生的初次就业稳定性次之,而有长远职业生涯规划的大学生的初次就业稳定性最低。Based on the representative higher vocational colleges in Jiaxing, an investigation was carried out to the students from the aspect of the career planning with the form of questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the stability of the first occupation was relatively low at present, of which, the stability of the students with short - term career planning was the highest, the stability of the students with negative career planning took the second place, the stability of the students with long - term career planning was the lowest.
