摘 要:作用距离是一个描述红外探测系统整体性能的系统级参数。根据有关基本概念,给出了波段光子数平均值的计算方法,讨论了光子数与作用距离的关系,分析了光子数量纲与辐出度量纲之间的联系。探讨了点源目标和扩展源目标作用距离和设计中的有关问题。描述了噪声等效温差以及最小可分辨温差与作用距离的关系。研讨了作用距离的比较问题。指出了系统参数选择例如光学系统F/#、直径和探测器张角等对于作用距离的影响。叙述了对红外探测系统作用距离的理解和体会。Range is a system-level parameter that describes the overall performance of infrared detection system. The method to calculate average number of photons over a finite spectral region was introduced according to related basic concepts. The relationship between the photon numbers and range was discussed. The connection between the two sets of units of photon number and exitance was analyzed. The discussion of range performance and design issues for both point source targets and extended Source targets was presented. The relationship between the noise equivalent temperature difference, the minimum resolvable temperature difference and range was described. The compassion issues of range performance were discussed. The influence of choice of system parameters, such as the F/# of optic, the diameter of the collection optic, the solid angle subtense of the detector and etc, to the range performance was pointed. The understanding and comprehension for range performance of infrared detection system was presented.
