直立倾斜试验在不明原因晕厥中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨直立倾斜试验(HUT)对不明原因晕厥患者的诊断价值。方法对45例不明原因晕厥的患者(观察组)及20例健康人(对照组)进行HUT,并对其阳性率进行分析比较。结果观察组45例患者中42例表现为阳性,阳性率为93.3%,对照组仅1例表现为阳性,阳性率为5.0%。结论 HUT对血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)具有较高的诊断价值,可以对临床不明原因的晕厥进行诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective To analyze the application value of the head-up tilt table testing（HUT） on unexplained syncope. Methods 45 patients with unexplained syncope and 20 normal people were performed HUT. The positive rates were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Among 45 cases in the observation group,42 cases were positive HUT with the positive rate of 93.3% ,while only 1 case in the control group showed positive HUT with the positive rate of 5.0%. Conclusion HUT has high di agnostic value in vasovagal syncope（VVS）, which can be used in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of unexplained syncope in clinic.
