摘　　要：在回顾国内外产业集群风险研究理论的基础上,论述了产业集群风险评价的研究现状,构建了产业集群风险评价指标体系,提出了基于主成分分析法的评价模型.最后,通过对宝鸡市机床工具产业集群风险的评价,对文章提出的指标体系和模型进行了校验.This article, on the basis of reviewing the risk theories of industrial clusters at home and aboard, discusses the research on the risk assessment of industrial clusters,establishes a risk assessment index system and puts forward a kind of assessment model based on principal component analysis. It also verifies the indicators and models proposed by the author by assessing the risk of industrial clusters in Baoji Machine Tool ＆ Tools.
