摘 要:以丁羟推进剂为研究对象,进行了多种温湿度条件下的吸湿试验、方坯药块的浸水及干燥恢复试验、干燥恢复对不同受潮程度丁羟推进剂爆热值的影响试验;依据吸湿过程中推进剂试样表面是否存在凝水现象、固体填料AP与粘合剂基体的粘接情况、硬度和爆热值的恢复程度确定了吸湿分级的3条分界线,即吸湿率为0.04%、0.15%和5%;将丁羟推进剂吸湿划分为4个等级,分析了各级的特征,给出了对处于不同吸湿等级的推进剂的相对应的处理措施。With HTPB propellant as research object, some moisture absorption tests were performed under various conditions. The tests of the propellant carton dipping into the water and the drying recovery of the propellant were performed, and the effect of drying recovery on the heat value of the propellant with different moisture absorption percentage was investigated. Three dividing lines of moisture absorption based on agglomerate water existing in the surface of moist propellant or not, the adhering interface of filling, the recovery degree of hardness and heat value were determined, i. e. moisture absorption percentage equals 0.04% ,0.15% and 5%. The characteristics of propellant with different degree of moisture absorption were analyzed, and the corresponding measures which should be taken in disposal were proposed.
