摘 要:基于油罐本质安全运行模拟实验系统的工作原理,根据油罐本质安全运行模拟实验对惰性气体(本文选定为氮气)的实际需要,对氮气制备系统进行了研究。比较了深冷空分制氮、膜分离制氮和碳分子筛变压吸附制氮3种氮气制备方法的工艺流程,选择并优化了碳分子筛变压吸附制氮的工艺流程。研制了一套体积流量为50 m3/h的氮气制备系统,通过试用实验,验证了氮气制备系统的产氮量和氮气纯度。该氮气制备系统产氮快且氮气纯度高,氮气各项指标均满足油罐本质安全运行模拟实验的需要。Based on the mechanism of simulation experiment system of intrinsically safe operation of tank, and according to the actual need of such simulation experiment for inert gas(nitrogen is selected), the study on nitrogen production system is carried out. Through a comparison of process of three kinds of nitrogen production methods including cryogenic air separation method, membrane separation method and pressure swing adsorption method based on carbon molecular sieve, the process of pressure swing adsorption method based on carbon molecular sieve is selected and optimized. A nitrogen production system with peak volume flow of 50 m3/h has been developed. Through the trial experiment, both production quantity and purity of the nitrogen production system have been verified. The nitrogen production system has some advantages such as production speed fast, nitrogen purity high, and each index of nitrogen satisfactory for the need of simulation experiment of intrinsically safe operation of tank.
