摘  要:为研究立式钢制油罐吸瘪过程,确定修复条件,对300 m3地面立式钢制油罐进行3种不同程度吸瘪和修复试验。首先,试验油罐排水5 min时开始吸瘪,吸瘪处没有产生折痕,修复后油罐完全恢复。其次,试验油罐吸瘪处产生折痕,修复后油罐变形并已破裂。最后,试验油罐吸瘪处破裂,无法恢复。根据试验得出立式钢制油罐极易吸瘪的结论。油罐吸瘪程度可划分为吸瘪无折痕、吸瘪有折痕但未开裂和吸瘪开裂3种,每种可修复程度均不同。油罐修复过程中可能伴随其他事故的产生。In order to study the process of vertical steel oil tank being bucked and make sure the repair condition of the bucked tank, the bucking and repairing experimentation is carried out on a 300 m3 vertical metal oil tank three times. During the first circle experiment, the oil tank shell begins to be bucked to form a dent without crease after drains from the oil tank for 5 minutes, then the tank is repaired completely. During the second circle experiment, dents are formed within the oil tank shell with crease, however, the tank shell is distorted and broken when the oil tank is repaired. During the last circle experiment, the oil tank is broken and impossible to be repaired. The result shows that the vertical steel oil tank can be bucked easily, the bucked degrees include that dents without crease, dents with crease but no crazing, and dent:~ with breach. The repair degree of each kind of bucked tank is different, and other accident is probable to occur during the repair.
