摘  要:套筒式烟囱在荷载作用下,其钢内筒的变形主要由连接烟囱内外筒的制晃装置传递。为了研究烟囱钢内筒在结构变形下受制晃装置的作用,通过改变制晃装置沿高度上的布置,再对烟囱钢内筒结构进行计算分析,比较优化前后钢内筒应力的大小和分布,论证了止晃点布置的改变对钢内筒应力大小和分布有较大影响。进而总结出针对实际工程案例中烟囱钢内筒的优化设计,有效均匀化了筒身应力分布,消除了底部应力集中现象。该优化设计方法亦适用于相似的同类烟囱。The deformation of inner steel flue is mainly influenced by the shake-restrained appliance in multiflue chimney. In order to study the shake-restrained influence of the appliance on inner steel flue under deformation of the structure, the optimization design for shake-restrained appliance was discussed in this paper. The optimization design was performed by changing the arrangement of shake-restrained appliance. The computational analysis indicated that the stress and its distrubtion of inner steel flue will change with the arangement of shake-restrained appliance. And then an optimization design for shake-restrained appliance was made according to the multi-flue chimney in this paper. This optimization design homogenized the stress distribution of inner steel flue effectively and eliminated stress concentration on the bottom. It can be a reference to similar kinds of chimney.
