摘　　要：为系统研究高铬钢熔合层在热模拟过程中的组织、性能、碳化物及物相的转变,对工作辊用高铬钢进行热模拟试验。通过金相法、扫面电子显微观察、能谱分析、X射线衍射及硬度检测等手段,系统研究了固态高铬钢材质在热模拟工艺下的组织转变规律及硬度变化趋势。A systematic study of microstructure, performance, carbide and phase transformation of fusion zone of high chromium steel in thermal simulation experiment has been done. Through the methods of optical microscope, scan-ning electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis, X ray diffraction and hardness test, the systematic research of mi-crostructure transformation and the change trend of hardness properties of high chrome steel material in thermal simula-tion experiment has been studied.
