摘 要:对茶毛虫(Euproctis pseudoconspersa)室内饲养技术及安徽大别山地理区系茶毛虫的生物发育过程进行了研究,以期为茶毛虫的人工饲养及田间防治提供理论指导。结果表明,利用水培茶枝饲养技术,茶毛虫在(25±0.5)℃,70%~80%相对湿度,L:D为12:12的人工饲养条件下,能够很好地生长繁殖。雌雄成虫在羽化时间上存有差异,雄成虫比雌成虫羽化平均早2.3 d,整个羽化期有2个高峰。同日羽化的雌雄蛾配对产卵量率达70%以上,远高于40%不同日羽化配对的产卵率。研究证明,提高同日羽化雌雄蛾配对率是茶毛虫室内饲养技术的关键环节。Artificial rearing technique and biological growth of Euproctis pseudoconspersa were studied in the present paper. E. pseudoconspersa was well reared in hydroponic tea twigs at the conditions of (25±0.5)℃, relative humidity (RH) 70%-80% and a photoperiod of 12 h : 12 h (L:D). Two peaks appeared in the emergence period ofE. pseudoconspersa. The emergence date of the male adult was 2.3 days earlier than that of the female adult, which severely baffled the female's fecundity and artificial rearing efficiency. Success rates of mating and oviposition were over 70% in those populations that the female and the male adults emerged in the same day, whereas the rates were much lower in the population emerged in different days. So the key for artificial rearing technique of E. pseudoeonspersa is to ensure synchronicity of emergence of the male and the female adults.
