摘 要:介绍了在现有发动机基础上开发机油液压控制VCT(Variable Camshafts Timing)系统,发动机在开发前期通过对各个改进方案的试验验证,最终为VCT机构的机油供应与发动机润滑需求(特别是缸盖运动件)的矛盾解决提供了最优匹配方案。通过系列试验的验证为该发动机提供了良好的更改依据,并积累了宝贵的数据,为后期开发和验证定型奠定了基础。这一过程也可以为其他机型引入VCT系统而匹配机油的供应提供参考和支持。The engine with oil hydraulic controlled VCT (Variable Camshafts Timing) is developed based on its base engine. Various improvement tests are done at the early stage of the VCT engine development, which provides an optimal solution to the conflict of the oil supply for the VCT system and the oil demand of the engine lubrication, the moving parts of the cylinder head in particular. A good basis for the VCT engine development is formed through a series of validation tests, and valuable data are also accumulated. These are all useful for the later stages of development and validation. This process can also provide a reference to other types of engines which will introduce VCT system.
