甜(辣)椒胚培养与育种加代技术的研究

摘　　要：为了加速甜(辣)椒世代繁殖,利用植物组织培养技术将甜(辣)椒不同成熟度的幼胚进行离体培养研究。结果表明,将授粉后生长30～35 d的幼胚接种到MS基本培养基上进行培养,每代可缩短种子成熟期20～30 d,2年可繁殖5～6代。In order to accelerate propagation generations of sweet（hot） pepper,using the plant culture technology,immature embryos of different maturity in sweet（hot） pepper were cultured in vitro.The results showed the immature embryos growing 30-35 days after pollination were cultured on the MS medium,20-30 days may be shortened for one generation,thus 5-6 generations can be achieved within two years.
