摘　　要：国际合作是热带农业科研单位科技活动中不可或缺的组成部分,在新时期起着越来越重要的作用。从分析热带农业科研单位国际合作管理、服务工作的特点出发,结合自身工作实际,提出加强国际合作效能建设和提升国际合作服务水平的有效措施。International cooperation,an essential part of the scientific and technological activities in tropical agricultural research institutions,plays an increasingly important role in the new age.As analyzing the characteristics of international cooperation management and services in tropical agricultural research institutions,combining with own experience,the author put forward effective measures to improve management efficiency and service level for international cooperation.
