摘　　要：目的调查桂林疗养区景观疗养因子的特点及在疗养保健中的作用。方法通过查找桂林疗养区景观疗养因子的相关资料,并加以研究和综合分析。结果发现桂林疗养区景观疗养因子对疗养保健具有重要作用,可以调养情志、怡悦心神、排解压力、消除疲劳,既可调治身心疾病又可健身防病。结论桂林疗养区"山青、水秀、洞奇、石美",具有景色秀丽、空气清新、环境优美、景观疗养因子资源丰富的特点,可充分利用,发挥其疗养保健和康复作用。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the landscape convalescent factors at Guilin convalescence area and their function in recuperation. Methods The information of the landscape convalescent factors at Guilin convalescence area was collected, inves-tigated and analyzed interactively. Results The landscape convalescent factors at Guilin convalescence area play an important role in regu- lating emotions, delighting mind, relieving stress and eliminating fatigue.They can not only treat physical and mental diseases ,but also keep health and prevent diseases.Conclusion Guilin convalescence area has ＂beautiful mountains,clear waters,odd holes and beautiful stones＂ , which bears the features of beautiful scenery, fresh air and beautiful environment.It can be fully utilized to exert the function of convalescent care and recuoeration.
