五行音乐对特勤人员心理亚健康不同中医证型治疗前后比较

摘　　要：目的探索五行音乐治疗心理亚健康不同中医证型的疗效。方法对我院疗养的60位患有心理亚健康不同中医证型的疗养员,随机分成治疗组和对照组。分别对其辨证实施五行音乐。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗前中医主症及证候等因子分组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后治疗组比对照组中医主症改善明显(P<0.01),对肝气郁结、血行郁滞、心神惑乱、心脾两虚及心胆气虚等证候有改善作用(P<0.05);而其余证候治疗后两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论说明五行音乐对特殊人群亚健康的中医主症和肝气郁结、血行郁滞、心神惑乱、心脾两虚及心胆气虚等证候比对照组有较好的治疗作用,对气郁化火、痰气郁结、心阴亏虚、肝肾阴虚等证候的治疗效果和对照组相比差异无统计学意义。Objective To explore the curative effects of using Five-element music to treat various TCM syndromes in special-duty staff with sub-health.Methods 60 convalescents with different TCM syndromes of mental sub-health at or sanatorium were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, and both groups were given Five-element music conditionally. Results Before treatment, the differ- ences of traditional Chinese medical main symptoms and signs between the two groups were not of statistic significance （P 〉 0.05）, while atter treatment, the traditional Chinese medical main symptoms and signs of the treatment group were improved more clearly than those of the control group（P〈0.01 ）, which were clearly shown in the improvement of liver Qi stagnation, blood stasis, mind disorder, deficiency of heart and spleen, Qi deficiency of heart and gallbladder（P〈0.05）, while the differences of other symptoms and signs between the two groups were not of statistic significanee（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Five-element music has good treatment function on traditional Chinese medical main symptoms and signs such as liver Qi stagnation, blood stasis, mind disorder, deficiency of heart and spleen, Qi deficiency of heart and gallbladder, but it is not so helpful for Qi stasis, phlegm stasis, heart-yin deficiency, or deficiency of liver-fin and kidney-yin.
