干部康复疗养信息“一卡通”系统与疗养信息流程再造

摘　　要：目的应用干部康复疗养信息"一卡通"系统,设计出一套可行的疗养信息流程再造方案,为贯彻"以疗养员为中心"的疗养服务理念、探索疗养院管理改革提供理论和技术支持。方法分析疗养院日常工作运行存在的信息流瓶颈,应用企业流程再造(business process reengineering,BPR)理论,研究合理的疗养信息流程。结果围绕疗养员入、出院及疗养活动等环节制定新的疗养信息流程。结论用干部康复疗养信息"一卡通"系统,运行新流程,使疗养员出入院更快捷,疗养生活更便利。Objective Using cadre rehabilitation information one-card-through system to optimize the service flow at sanatorium and to design a feasible set of process reengineering of the sanatorium information. Methods The information flow bottle-neck of sanatorium＇s management was analyzed, and BPR（business process reengineering）theory was applied to work out a reasonable process of rehabilitation information.Results A new process of rehabilitation information was formulated on the basis of hospital admission, hospital leaving and recuperation activities.Conclusion With cadre rehabilitation information one-card-through system and the new process, convalescents can share fast hospital admission and leaving advantage, which makes their rehabilitation more convenient.
